• HOW TO USE: Release the aromas of the herbs by steaming the massage ball in the microwave or over a pot. Apply pressure in a circular motion, or strokes, as a soothing ritual to promote muscular and mental relaxation. After use, we recommend drying the ball out and storing in the refrigerator between uses. Each massage ball can be re-used 5-6 times.
